RepCare traces its roots back to 1962, when the Electronics Representatives Association developed one of the earliest multiple-employer group insurance programs, to give its small company members (which was most of them!) the economic benefits of group rates that would not otherwise have been available. For over four decades, ERA, has safeguarded the welfare of generations of member firms. Through most of that time, John Doyle and Patrick Brown have been the benefits specialists providing the expert advice and professional liaison to ERA members, and more recently to members of other rep associations as well. Association executives and leadership are invited to inquire about terms and conditions of affiliation.
